Assign stakeholders from your register. The current document version will move to in review and stay frozen until every assignee signs or you cancel the request. After all signatures, the version is approved and permanently frozen — use New version to edit again.

GMP Electronic Signature

This electronic signature creates a binding record under 21 CFR Part 11 principles: signer identity, meaning, timestamp, document hash, and handwritten signature image are stored as part of the audit trail. Your login password re-authenticates the signing session.
